Blythwood
Theatre

At Blythwood Theatre, we’re here to help young people realise their potential.
We offer a range of classes, from community theatre and work within schools and organisations, to more traditional youth theatre classes. We also offer one-to-one support and guidance for those preparing for professional auditions, drama exams, or getting ready to apply to drama school.

We want to help all our students to build confidence, develop new skills, and feel a sense of achievement. Our goal is to spark a passion for theatre, performance, and drama by helping young people feel at home on stage.
Whether it’s a professional production, a community theatre project, or an end-of - term show by one of our youth theatre groups, we give all our students and
performers the skills and space to shine.

As a social enterprise we take pride in creating collaborative projects. Our work is often inspired by the experiences of our students, or the issues that matter to them. We believe everyone on our stage has a voice that should be heard, and we’re here to help them achieve that.

We also offer adult classes and coaching and ASN classes. We partner and
collaborate with a range of organisations within our community to create theatre that speaks to people and tells their story.

This is theatre that makes a difference. This is theatre with a social conscience.
